سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نحن نضمن رضاك الكامل عن تجربة الشراء، لكننا نعلم أن بعض الأمور قد لا تسير كما هو متوقع. لتوضيح الأمور، يتم التعامل مع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال بناءً على نوع المنتج الذي قمت باختياره:

🖤 المنتجات الأصلية — Original Sealed Box

* تعني أن المنتج أصلي ومغلف تغليفًا رسميًا.
* لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات الأصلية نهائيًا، حفاظًا على سلامة المنتج وجودته.

🤍 منتجات الميرور أوريجنال — With Box / Without Box

* تعني أن المنتج مطابق للأصلي (نسخة عالية الجودة).
* يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج في حالة وجود مشكلة خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.
* يُشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مفتوح، ولم يتم استخدامه.
* يجب تغليف المنتج جيدًا وبنفس حالته الأصلية قبل تسليمه لمندوب الشحن.
* لا يتم استرجاع الأموال أو الاستبدال في حالة فتح المنتج أو استخدامه.

⚠️ الطلبات التالفة أو الخاطئة

* في حالة وجود تلف في الشحنة أو استلام منتج خاطئ، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
* سنقوم بحل المشكلة فورًا وعلى نفقتنا.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

🖤 Authentic Products — Original Sealed Box

* This means the product is 100% authentic and factory-sealed.
* Original products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, to ensure product integrity and hygiene.

🤍 Mirror Original Products — With Box / Without Box

* This refers to a high-quality replica.
* Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
* The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
* The product must be securely and properly packaged before handing it over to the courier.
* Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

* If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
* We will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
